How to Order
Placing an Order Online

Select your products
Browse our online store and select your favourite products.

Add it to your shopping cart
Add the products to your cart and once you are ready to proceed click on "Check out" or "View Cart" to review your selection.

Complete the Checkout Form
Fill in your personal details and shipping information.

Select shipping
If your order does not qualify for free shipping, select the option that suits you best.

Complete Payment
We have two options available online. Payfast Payments using a credit or debit card and Manual EFT.

Receive your Order!
Upon payment received, we will send you an order confirmation and tracking number for your shipment.
Placing an Order per Email

Browse our products
Visit our website and browse our products.

Send us an Email
Send us an email with the products you would like to order including your contact details and shipping address to info@thecollagencrowd.co.za

Invoice & Payment
We will email you an invoice with the banking details and shipping options. You can then do an EFT and send us the POP.

Receive your Order!
Upon payment received, we will send you an order confirmation and tracking number for your shipment.
